Whether you're working with us online or face to face in burleigh heads for stress and anxiety, this pose is often something we love to teach our clients to help their stress


More commonly done in hospital or when someone is feeling faint or has fainted. You don’t have to necessarily implement this only when things go wrong. Placing your legs up on the wall can benefit you and your general health and nervous system


This pose is really intended to be a deeply relaxing pose and is a great nervous system hack. When you combine a longer hold of Legs Up the Wall with slow, rhythmic breathing, you will be tapping into your "rest and digest" nervous response and get out of that fight and flight mode 🚨 that ruins your hormones

For the most benefit, I generally like to recommend practicing this pose for at least 10 to 15 minutes. However you can get away with as little as 5 minutes. You superchargearge this pose by having some tulsi or Passion flower tea, play some binaural beats(Alpha or Theta waves) 🎧
